Garbh Sanskar is an amazing way of teaching / educating and bonding with unborn child during the pregnancy. We help the new age mothers discover our traditional way to a child's mental setup along with personality as it is greatly influenced by the thoughts of mother during pregnancy.

What is Garbh Sanskar?
How should I upbring my child?
How to remain positive?
What are the bad habits I should avoid?
What should be my diet?
How do I teach my child the good values?

What is the difference between an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist?

The OB/GYN is considered as one specialty, but it consists of two different fields. The scope of Obstetrics (the OB) comprises care during pre-conception, pregnancy, childbirth, and immediately after delivery. Whereas, Gynecology (the GYN) includes care of all women's health issues.

How often should I get checked by my doctor during my pregnancy?

During a normal pregnancy, check up is mostly requested for following days:

  • Once every month till 7th month
  • Every 15 days in 7th and 8th month
  • Every 8 days in 9th months

For a high-risk pregnancy (twins, advanced age of women or a complicated pregnancy), check-ups depend on the level of complication involved. Always consult before taking any medicines and x-rays during pregnancy.

What should my diet be once I am pregnant?

Home cooked food and pre boiled water is advised. Milk and milk products, fruits, Eggs and Meat are good for you.

What are some of the changes that require immediate attention?

Report to Doctor immediately if you have any of the following complaints: Persistent headache, Swelling of legs, Bleeding, Vomiting, Defective vision, Jaundice, Movement of the child not felt, watery discharge.

Can I travel during pregnancy?

If your pregnancy is considered normal and does not involve any complications, it is safe for you to travel. Second trimester is considered the ideal time to travel as it does not involve the morning sickness from the 1st trimester and tiredness of the 3rd trimester. Women upto 32 weeks pregnant are allowed to travel by the airline carriers in India.
